• All payments are to be made at the time of booking. Failure to do so will not guarantee your place in a class.

  • For class bookings (either single or multiple bookings), payment is to be made via PayPal.

  • For 1-2-1 (private) lessons, payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. Cash will only be accepted if part payment has already been made online i.e. as an instalment or deposit to secure the booking.



  • Where a deposit has been made, but the booking is subsequently cancelled by the participant with less than 24 hrs notice, the deposit will be non-refundable.

  • A full refund will be given only in the following circumstances:

    • You cancel your booking more than 24 hrs before the class/private lesson starts.

    • The class/private lesson is cancelled or postponed* by the instructor.

* Participants can also choose to use their payment for a future/rescheduled date. This must be made clear in writing at the time  of notification, otherwise the default is a full refund.


Health & Medical  Declarations

  • Participants will be asked to declare any existing injuries or mobility issues that may be aggravated by taking part in this activity. Advice should be sought from a qualified medical professional in the first instance if unsure.

  • Although guidance is given by the instructor to minimise injury to self and others, participants take full responsibility for their own actions and are fully aware of the risks of the activity if due care is not taken.  This includes:

    • Not dressing in the appropriate attire for the class.

    • Non-disclosure of injuries / mobility issues that may be aggravated by participating in the activity.

    • Not following the guidance set-out by the instructor.

  • Any medical information disclosed will be held in strictest confidence and NEVER shared with 3rd parties.
