Monthly Hoop Collective

It is my wish that for 2012, rather than I being the "teacher" and you being the "student", we all come together to share skills and teach one another.

- Absolute beginners to improvers: you need never have hooped before or if you have, would like to work on basic moves. I will be on hand to provide 1-2-1 tuition.

- Advanced: seasoned hoopers are invited to share their knowledge with others, including myself!

- Men as well as women looking to learn something new, get fit and have fun!

Please note that these are open to over 18s only.

*** All hoops and music will be provided ***

Further 2012 dates:

9th February

8th March

What Participants Have Said About the Classes:-

"Having never done a hoop class before, I didn't know what to expect, but took it all in my stride as a brand new experience. I can see with practice how you could incorporate the basic moves with more dance style moves and for it to flow as one continuous movement!" - Anita

"Tracey is a very understanding and likeable teacher - she works at your pace and makes you feel at ease" - Katie

"Really friendly, thank you for making me feel at ease on my first lesson". - Rachelle

"I enjoyed listening to the music and trying to move to the beat of the music with the hoop." - Victoria

"Good fun! Good to just spend an hour getting used to the feel of the hoop and moving around with it!" - Emma

"Loved it! It is enjoyable so you don't really notice you are exercising. I am generally unco-ordinated so was surprised that it was easier than I thought!" - Melissa
