Payment

I accept cash, cheque and PayPal payments ONLY, which must be made at the time of placing your order or soon thereafter. This is because I only make hoops as and when they are requested.

If paying by cash or cheque, please do not send by post. If you do, you do so at your own risk. I will let you know if your payment reaches me safely. Otherwise, I will not be held responsible if the payment goes missing.

Cheque

Cheque payments will have to be cleared before I can commence on your order. Consequently, this may delay your order, especially if other hoops are waiting to be made.

 

Paypal

Most customers who shop online may be familiar with this payment method and will agree that it's the quickest and one of the most secure ways of paying over the net.

For the uninitiated, here are a few facts:-

• You DO NOT have be a member or be registered on PayPal to be able to send payments.
• All you need is a valid email address and the email address of the recipient. 
• The recipient DOES NOT get to view your bank or card details.

Furthermore, I can provide invoices and receipts for you via PayPal if you so wish.

 

Postage

If you live in the London area or can easily commute to London, I can meet you for collection of your hoop. Not only will this save on postage fees, but you can get to try out your hoop and any questions/concerns you may have can be resolved immediately.

Please note that all hoops are tested by me before delivery and come with full instructions and care advice.

However, if travelling is not convenient for you, I will post 1st class. The exact postage fee will be determined at the time of order as this will vary depending on the weight of each hoop, but you will always be informed beforehand.
