12/12/09 - Email Enquiries

I've had a couple of people claim they have emailed me but have not received a reply. Going back through my sent items, I have indeed sent replies, but for some reason, these have not been picked up by the recipient.

Therefore, can I just ask that people are aware of the following:-

1. I ALWAYS answer enquiries within 3 days. If you have not heard from me within that time, it may be that I have not received your email in the first instance or...
2. Replies may have gone into your spam/junk mail if you have your filters set to 'high'. Please check these folders first, just in case they've gone in there. You may also want to save my address as 'safe' to prevent this from happening.
   
3. In the event that you have not received a reply, even after checking your mail folders and settings, then do either email me directly at mail at hoopandglory dot co dot uk (rather than using the contact form on the website).

Many thanks and apologies to anyone who believes that they have not received a reply from me.

1/11/09 - New Foldable Hoop Design

2/10/09 - Special Delivery on all orders required within a week.

Due to the unpredictable and frequent disruptions of the Royal Mail postal strikes, customers requiring their hoop to be posted and received within a week will have to pay for Special Delivery to ensure their order does not get caught in the backlog.
